Day 6 - Going Home
Day 6 – Yankees Go Home
Slept in, had one last English breakfast at the hotel, and made train arrangements for the airport and back to Guildford for Emma. I accidentally flashed the ticket seller a 2-finger salute (a backwards peace sign) and he thought it was hysterical. Easy train ride to Gatwick. A bit of shopping at the airport. Some lunch (one last English beer, ironically a take on the American Pale Ale which is itself a variant of the English Pale Ale). Long, long flight home (watched 3 movies and read 80% of a novel), an expensive misunderstanding at the car park, and a 2-hour drive from Orlando brought us safely home.
